What dose of Tylenol should I give my 18 month old child?

I would like to know the dose I should give her because the bottle is from 2 years to 11 years old and my daughter is 18 months old Hello yes indeed it "s the 160mg tylenol product and she weighs about 31.Lbs so if I trust my intuition I would give her a 5ML dose :)

Hello, thank you for your question! The age listed on the package doesn't matter, what is important is the concentration of the product and the weight of your child. Is this the product concentrated at 160mg/5ml? If you give me your child's weight, I could tell you the volume to give him :) You have deduced correctly, you can give her 4-6 ml (of the 160mg/5ml concentrated product) every 4-6 hours if needed, for a maximum of 5 times in a 24 hour period.
