My son has pimples on his body?

hello my boy has pimples and patches on the back of his legs, buttocks, back and between his thighs! he took an antibiotic 3 weeks ago clavulin and amoxi I put him canestin, hydrocortison 0.5 since 2 days and I have the impression that it gets worse. I would like to know if it's an allergy and what treatment to adopt OK perfect thanks :)

Hello, thank you for your question, but unfortunately it is practically impossible to give an opinion without having first seen the lesions to which you refer (which is impossible here). I therefore recommend that you go to the pharmacy to show the lesions, either directly with your child or, even better, by bringing a photo. The pharmacist on duty will be able to direct you to the right product based on his observations, or recommend a medical consultation if he deems it necessary.
