What can I do to help him stop vomiting?

29-year-old womana year ago
Hi, I have a foreign worker who has been vomiting what he eats for a week. He tried an antacid on Monday and it seemed to help, but if he doesn't use it he is still sick. He has only been eating fruit for the last few days. He only mentioned it to me on Sunday night and that's when I gave him some "Eno". On Monday he seemed to say that it was ok and that he didn't need to go to the pharmacy, but now it's started again since yesterday. He has no idea why

Hello,
Does he have other symptoms such as fever, diarrhea or other?
Is he currently taking any medication?

No he had no other symptoms except for a little diarrhea on Monday... no blood present and he has no temperature and no pain except for the fact that he vomits after eating whatever he eats. And this only 15 minutes later

Thank you for the information.
Gravol should be tried in the presence of vomiting, it is available without prescription behind the counter in pharmacies in several forms as oral tablets or suppositories if he cannot take anything by mouth.
I also invite you for the next few days to favor light foods such as soups, broths, toast, eggs, brown rice, and to avoid very fatty or very sweet foods such as red meat and undiluted fruit juice.
Make sure he or she drinks fluids often, 1 sip every 3 to 5 minutes (do not drink too quickly as this can also trigger nausea).
If the vomiting persists for more than 3 days without improvement, you should consult a doctor.
I hope I've been helpful and I'm available if you have any other questions!
