It all depends on the quantity, if we are talking about a lot of blood it is obviously an emergency (but I imagine that you would have understood it alone).
If it's "traces": small threads of blood in the saliva or in the gastric secretions, it's due to your efforts when you vomit, it makes small vessels burst, it's not serious. It happens sometimes, especially when you vomit and there is nothing left in your stomach.
However, this could be a sign of gastritis or an ulcer
If you see blood in your stool (black, foul-smelling, sticky stool) in the next few days, it is a sign that the bleeding was more important "inside" and you should consult a doctor. In any case, talk to your doctor at your next appointment and he will evaluate the need for further investigation.
