Since this summer, I can't stand alcohol at all. Before I was 18, I could drink several drinks quickly without feeling nauseous. Now I have to throw up after one drink. I have a gag reflex almost with every sip I take. I wonder if I've damaged my body...

It may be that an alcohol intolerance occurs, this one being of a long duration or even temporary, there is no real way to confirm this or determine its duration.
If it has only happened once, I suggest that if you want to consume alcohol, you start again with one drink and evaluate afterwards.
If it has happened several times or every time for several weeks, I would suggest avoiding alcohol if possible and trying other options.

yes, I have not been able to drink more than 3 glasses of water for about a year now without vomiting unfortunately. I'm going to talk about it with my doctor soon.
