I threw up an hour after taking my methotrexate tablets. Will it work as usual?

Hello Ma'am,

One hour after taking methotrexate, it is considered best not to take them again, unless you see the pills in the vomit, if the pills were used to treat inflammation (such as arthritis).

Is that the case?
