Do I have to see my doctor to get a prescription for a pump or can a pharmacist do that?

Hello, this is the second year that at this time of the year I have a cough with breathing difficulties (wheezing when breathing). I already had pumps when I was young.

Hello ma'am, If your symptoms persist for more than a week without improvement, you will need to see a physician for a thorough evaluation of your condition.
