I have had kidney pain for several months (or even years). Bloating and fatigue too.

- Medical history: acute pyelonephritis as a child - I have kidney pain very regularly, for a few weeks now I would say it happens almost every day. Before, it was mainly during the night or when I woke up in the morning, the pain left about 45 minutes to 1 hour after urination. Now the pain is more acute and can be any time of the day or night. - When I have this pain, I often have bloating as well. - I am constantly tired.
