Can I take vitamin D3 with Cold FX?

I am often sick and I decided to introduce vitamin D3 to my daily routine. I bought Land Art brand vitamin D3-Extra (2500 i.u.), because there was no vitamin D3 available. I also take Cold FX on a regular basis to boost my immune system (the daily support capsules). So the extra 2500 IU formula is too much?
