It is indeed suggested to take it with food to try to reduce this effect. You can try a probiotic but it has not been shown to be effective. So there are no clear recommendations on this subject as to a specific product. What I can suggest, as a precaution, is to space the intake of the probiotic from the antibiotic by at least 3 hours.
If the diarrhea becomes intolerable, I suggest contacting your pharmacist to allow him/her to evaluate the situation and suggest alternatives to the prescriber.
