If I want to get pregnant, from which menstrual cycle should I count the days to know my ovulation?

I stopped my birth control and started my period again 4 days after I stopped it. I want to get pregnant.

Hello Madam, thank you for your question!
Basically, you could even get pregnant the first cycle after you stop using birth control... Ovulation usually occurs 10 to 14 days before the next menstrual period. It is therefore necessary to know the length of your cycle. For example, if your cycle is usually 28 days long, ovulation occurs between days 14 and 18, starting on the first day of your period
It is more difficult if your cycle is irregular. In these cases, it is simply recommended to have full intercourse at least every 2 days.
I hope I've been helpful, please don't hesitate if you have any other questions!
