My daughter threw up, what should I do?

My 14 month old daughter vomits only once at night when she has a fever. During the day, she eats and takes Advil-Tylenol type medication without any problem. At night, I feel her shaking and shivering as if she is not keeping her temperature or maybe her fever is too sudden.

Hello ma'am, how long have you noticed this?
You mention that she has chills at night, does your child wake up? Have you measured her temperature?
Thank you!

She had a fever due to roseola 2 weeks ago and there was 1 vomit/night 2 nights in a row!
last week, same thing, slight fever and one vomit!
last night, fever and vomiting too!

Thanks for the feedback!
If it is a 1-2 day event and it is temporary, there is no need to worry. However, if the fever persists for 72 hours or this type of situation recurs continuously, I would think that a consultation with a doctor would be beneficial, as a precaution.
Sincerely,
