I want to know if I am likely to get pregnant even though I have taken a test. If my period will come.

Hi, I was supposed to fall in my week on Thursday and we are now Saturday and I still have no bleeding, I had a fear of being pregnant so I went to do a pregnancy test that came out (fortunately) negative. However, I still have the symptoms of when I am in my week (stomach aches, headaches, etc). I find it very strange usually I'm a pretty stable person in that respect so I don't really understand.
