Yes, it is table salt in the following recipe:
2 teaspoons of salt
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
4 cups (1L) of boiled and cooled water.
It is more comfortable when warm.
Use within 24 hours if stored in a closed container, or 7 days in the refrigerator.
