I want to make sure that the natural acne product does not interfere with my medication?

Hello, I am being followed in fertility for a frozen embryo transfer, so I take estrace p.o and prometirum intra vaginal! I have acne problems and a product had helped me a lot before I started fertility! I want to do it again but I want to make sure that there is no constraint with the hormones that I take! The product for acnes is a natural product and this is what it contains: fish oil, EPA+DHA, borage oil, GLA, vitamin D3, lutein, zeaxanthin! So here I am waiting to hear from you :)

Good morning, Madam,

I would like to reassure you, I have completed the checks but I have not obtained the references on the effects of gamma linolenic acid (GLA), I was waiting a maximum of one week

That being said, from what I have found to date, gamma linolenic acid and borage oil should be avoided considering the lack of concrete data regarding their safety during pregnancy, especially since GLA could have estrogenic effects.
