I want to know if I have an autoimmune disease (hashimoto)?

Hello, Following several abdomen scans, difficult c, etc.. I developed several symptoms intense fatigue, anxiety, major intestinal pain, gastric reflux etc. My doc made me go through labs and my results were; [lab values deleted] Ultrasound thyroid gland: no nodule, but one lobe is not well developed (the radiologist told me I should be born like that) Since then, I am on synthroid 50 and my tsh is around 3.5 My doctor says no, yet everything I read says otherwise.
