Good morning, ma'am,
The bacteria that causes chlamydia only survives for a very short time on surfaces or objects. Basic hygiene with soapy water is usually sufficient. However, you should avoid using them until 7 days after the end of the treatment.
I hope that I have been of some help to you and I remain available if you have any further questions!

So if I disinfected them with rubbing alcohol and an anti-bacterial solution, I've given myself the best chance? How long after my antibiotic treatment should I go back for a test to make sure I don't have it anymore? Last question, is it possible to have a positive urine result but negative for the throat even if a blow job was done?

I suggest cleaning with soapy water, as the alcohol solution will not clean the dirt if there is any.
Post-treatment screening is not indicated or recommended unless the treatment has failed.
Finally, I want to reassure you that the treatment guide will be the same if the infection is in the genitals or oropharyngeal area.
