I want to know if it is normal to have severe joint pain during a viral episode?

Hello, for the last two days I have had big abdominal pains and this morning I had very watery diarrhea. I think I may have a stomach bug or C Difficile. I took antibiotics last week for bronchitis (Zithromax). Is it normal to have very, very sore wrist, hand, rib and spine joints?
