I want to stop taking hormone therapy. What is the best way? I have been taking Prometrium 100mg at bedtime and 1 shot of Estrogel for 7 years.

The best method is through a very gradual decrease in Estrogel™ first, like taking 1/2 pressure for a few weeks, then "1/4" pressure for another 4 weeks for example. Once you have completely stopped Estrogel™, you can stop Prometrium™.
