You can stop it without any problems, no need to go gradually either.

However, if you had no problem with a lower dose, we could try to reduce the dose and then evaluate the tolerance.

Unfortunately Accutane is very drying to the skin. It is suggested that you moisturize daily, often during the day, with a fragrance-free moisturizer such as Aveeno, Base Glaxal, Cerave, Cutibase or other. An oily lip balm is also recommended, as well as fragrance-free soaps
