I am pregnant and I have vertigo, should I consult?

Hello I woke up last night with what I think is positional vertigo ( I would be on my 3rd episode since 2018). The problem is that I am 25 weeks pregnant so I am wondering if I should go to a different doctor...I don't want to self-diagnose or do an unadvised maneuver pregnant. Is it better to call an OB doctor ok do you have any advice first? Thank you

Women are more at risk of dizziness during pregnancy. As a precaution, if you notice that it gets worse or more frequent, you should consult your doctor.
