Hello, thank you for your question!
Yes, these are quite common side effects following vaccination. They can persist for 2 to 3 days but in most cases disappear more quickly. I can suggest rest for now, and to hydrate well if you are able to. For the arm pain, acetaminophen is the best solution, along with ice in a wet towel for 10 to 15 minutes at a time.
I hope I have been of some help to you, and I am available if you have any further questions!

Many people tell me that it could be stress? Is vomiting a symptom?

Thanks for the information!
The best solution for nausea and vomiting is dimenhydrinate (Gravol). It is available in tablets, liquid solution, and suppositories if you are unable to swallow anything at this time.
This medication does not require a prescription but must be recorded in your file.
When you start eating/drinking again, go with light foods such as crackers, soup and broth. Go very slowly with liquids, one sip every 3-4 minutes.
I am available if you have any other questions
