I am taking the contraceptive pill but my bleeding periods are unbalanced?

Menstruating twice in the same month. After starting my menstrual cycle of 28 days again, I got ahead of my period by 7 days (14-16 days of menstruation). The next month I had a normal cycle and the next month my cycle was still 7 days ahead of schedule. Always been regular and no problem with birth control pills. No change in my life habits except the COVID-19 vaccine.

Hello, ma'am,
Would it be possible to know what contraceptive you are taking, and if you take it at the same time each day, and when you received the vaccine?
Also, in your opinion, are there any other possible causes such as an episode of illness/diarrhea, stress or fatigue, or a change in schedule?

Oral contraceptive Alysena 28 days, same time (8pm) every day. I received my second dose of vaccine on July 27, 2021. No other cause for change

Thanks for the feedback!
This can happen without necessarily indicating a problem. Also, this kind of situation usually goes away on its own. If it happens again after 6 months, or if your quality of life becomes affected, it would be appropriate to consult your doctor for a re-evaluation of your condition.
