Hello,
The vaccine is not at all contraindicated in women who are breastfeeding. You can receive the vaccine without fear

Is it passed on to the baby?

The data available at the moment do not allow to say exactly how much passes into the milk. However, it is known from the properties of the product that the risk of it passing into the milk is very low
Recommendations on this subject are conflicting. The Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Canada (SOGC) strongly recommends that all pregnant women, regardless of trimester, and all breastfeeding women receive the vaccine since the benefits far outweigh the risks. The Institut de la Santé publique du Québec recommends vaccination for breastfeeding women, but has some reservations about the risk/benefit ratio. They say that in their opinion, it is most likely safe, but in the absence of data, they suggest that women who are at risk of contracting COVID-19 (health care workers, contact with many people, etc.) receive the vaccine and that women who are healthy at home and not at risk of contracting COVID evaluate the risk according to the epidemiological situation in their area. That's kind of a vague recommendation.
As far as I know, I don't see a problem with receiving the vaccine. Since the product is eliminated from the body after a few days, the exposure of the body to the product is very limited and circumscribed in time and the risk of having an impact is almost non-existent
I have tried to answer you with as much information as possible. I hope that this reassures you a little. If you have any questions, don't hesitate
