Hello ma'am, thank you for your question! Here is the excerpt from the Comité sur l'immunisation du Québec's opinion on delays in the very young:
The CIQ considers that COVID-19 mRNA vaccines can be given at the same time as an inactivated vaccine, a live attenuated vaccine or a TST or at any time before or after. However, for children aged 6 months to 4 years, the CIQ recommends that a 14-day interval between a COVID-19 vaccine and an inactivated or live attenuated vaccine be observed if possible, as well as avoiding co-administration. In contrast, to avoid missed vaccination opportunities, the CIQ authorizes, taking into account available data for other age groups, the co-administration of COVID-19 mRNA vaccines with other vaccines or the use of an interval of less than 14 days in children aged 6 months to 4 years.
