According to the manufacturer of Saxenda™, this product is not effective at a dose lower than 3 mg per day (in the treatment of obesity). That said, sometimes some patients respond well to a lower dose (but rarely 0.6).

In any case, I think you should try it and see if a lower dose might work for you.
