My urine smells strong in the morning?

I don't take any medication, only the birth control pill for the last 10 years. I take BCAAs regularly. I drink water, probably not enough, but I drink it. For a few weeks now, my urine smells very strong in the morning and it's ok the rest of the day. This morning it was even more intense and I feel like it smells like burnt plastic... I have no pain when I urinate. It's really just the smell
