I have to take a urine drug test and I take vyvanse 50mg every morning so I will come out positive for amphetamines.
Will the level in my urine be the same as if it was speed? Or will it be a different level for example higher if it was speed?

It may well be that this evening detected in the urine up to 3 to 5 days after taking. However, I do not recommend stopping the medication for the test. If it is required for your health condition, you should not stop it without medical advice.

Hello ma'am, the level in the urine depends on the quantity consumed, the metabolic capacity (related to age, sex, weight, etc), and the time of consumption.
It is impossible to compare what would be detected in a person taking Vyvanse versus someone taking "speed".
