I am taking penicillin and I have a plaque on my face and chest?

Reaction to an antibiotic? Red hot burning plaque on face and chest I started taking a penicillin antibiotic to treat a strep throat. I took the antibiotic last night. 3 doses taken. I started to get red patches on one cheek after taking my last tablet. Since the red patches are now on my 2 cheeks and my nose as well as my chest. The patches are red, almost purple and very hot. tingling in the throat but I don't know if it's related to the reaction or the strep
