Hello,
A mouth ulcer is not dangerous and will go away by itself after one to two weeks.
you can make a homemade mouthwash:
put 1/2 to 1 teaspoon (2.5-5 mL) of salt in a cup (250 mL) of warm water.
If you want a local treatment, there is an analgesic gel (oragel). Alternatively, tylenol may also be effective.
Finally, you can also cover the ulcer with a paste (orabase), which can prevent rubbing.
sincerely
