I have several moles after a big sunburn?

Hello, I have a good sunburn, pain over several days, feathering of all the skin on my shoulders, chest and upper back. Since then, I have several moles that have appeared and some with slight relief and the skin is still slightly sensitive. I got sunburned on December 29th. I got a good sunburn on my shoulders, upper torso and upper back on December 29. The skin was red, painful to touch and move, but no blisters. I put vitamin for a few days until the skin fell off. Since then, I have several new moles on those areas and some have a little relief. The skin is still a little sensitive.

Hello Sir, Indeed, these marks are the result of sun damage. It is possible that their appearance will diminish with time, but possibly not completely. What I can suggest is to moisturize the skin often with a fragrance free cream such as Aveeno, Base Glaxal or other, to favor a fragrance free soap such as and to lightly pat the skin dry after showering, then apply moisturizer quickly after.
