Are there any vitamins for muscle tension?

Hello, I had a history of muscle tension in my shoulders and in the back of my knees. I had been to see a physio. She told me it was really anxiety and tension. I had to learn to meditate and rest and everything. I am 21 years old and a student.

Hello Mrs,
Unfortunately, there are no vitamins, supplements or products that have been shown to have any real effect on anxiety or stress. As your physiotherapist has suggested, meditation and psychotherapy are the first line of treatment. Most insurance companies cover these services. There are also several digital applications that provide benefits such as Calm, Super Better and others (The TherappX platform has a library at your disposal :)).
Also, make sure you have an ergonomic position at work or at school to reduce muscle tension.
I hope I've been helpful, don't hesitate if you have any other questions

Do you know of any other sites that can help? Or any medication apps?
When you say ergonomic positions, what do you mean 😊

By ergonomic position I mean a work position that applies the least amount of strain on the joints and muscles. Here are 2 resources that I find well constructed:
The TherappX platform contains a multitude of applications and descriptions to help you choose, it's like going to the library and choosing a book. It may take several tries :). Personally I evaluated the Calm and Super Better apps and found them relevant, but they are only 2 among many others.

So there is no Vitamin or way to help the muscles relax?
For example, I have heard of epson salt and magnesium?
Thanks

Unfortunately not according to my research (including magnesium and epsom salt). A hot bath and relaxation techniques would be more effective.
