Can I take tylenols with metformin and Lupin estradiol?

Hello, I am being followed in fertility and I have my first period today. I have big cramps and I was wondering if I could take tylenols to relieve me a little. I have been taking metformin 2x a day for several months, but since today I also have to take lupin estradiol 3x a day.
