How long after taking Tylenol Cold and Sinus can I start breastfeeding again?

Mom of an 8 month old baby who is breastfed, but on formula until I recover from covid. If I have already taken a dose of the medication, can I still breastfeed my child, and if so, how long after taking the medication?
