hello, I would stick to saline water (sinus rinse) and standard tylenol since the decongestant in the sinus tylenol can reduce milk production.

Very good, thank you!
in the meantime i found a decongestant spray of xylometazoline in my pharmacy so i put 1 spray in each nostril.

indeed, this product is an excellent choice when breastfeeding. however, it should not be used for more than 3-4 days to avoid rebound congestion.
