Good morning, Sir,
In order to better advise you, would it be possible to obtain the following information:
Exactly what dose of Tylenol are you taking?
What other medications are you taking?
Do you have any allergies or intolerances?

2 Tylenol 650 mg every 8 hours. So I take 2 in the morning and 2 more at the end of the day.
-I take 3x week baby aspirin 80 mg
- Pantoprazole 40 mg
- Acebutolol 100 mg
- Duloxetine 30 mg
No known allergies

Thanks for the feedback!
Unfortunately Tylenol doesn't work very well for osteoarthritis pain.
What is usually suggested is anti-inflammatory drugs such as naproxen or ibuprofen, but considering pantoloc, duloxetine and ASA, I would strongly suggest that you talk to your pharmacist about the possibility of starting this type of treatment. He/she is in a better position to customize a plan with you, and will be able to follow up closely with you.
I hope that I have been helpful to you and remain available if you have any further questions.
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, Pharmacist
