I don't get much relief from Tylenol, can I take something else over the counter?

Hello, I have advanced osteoarthritis of the hip and am waiting for surgery. 2 Tylenol 650 mg every 8 hours. So I take 2 in the morning and 2 more at the end of the day. -I take 3x week baby aspirin 80 mg - Pantoprazole 40 mg - Acebutolol 100 mg - Duloxetine 30 mg No known allergies

Good morning, Sir, In order to better advise you, would it be possible to obtain the following information: Exactly what dose of Tylenol are you taking? What other medications are you taking? Do you have any allergies or intolerances? Thanks for the feedback! Unfortunately Tylenol doesn't work very well for osteoarthritis pain. What is usually suggested is anti-inflammatory drugs such as naproxen or ibuprofen, but considering pantoloc, duloxetine and ASA, I would strongly suggest that you talk to your pharmacist about the possibility of starting this type of treatment. He/she is in a better position to customize a plan with you, and will be able to follow up closely with you.
