I had Turista (I think) on January 12 and I had a stomach bug on January 20. What should I do now?

It is possible to contract both of these conditions at such short intervals, yes. It is indeed bad luck :(.

For your heartburn, it is very very important to start eating a little bit again to provide your body with the energy and fluid it needs to digest properly (and do physical activities). Start with chicken broth or light soups, for example.

If the heartburn is still present in 2 days, then it is possible to try the use of a medication available without a prescription, namely Zantac™.

If this medication still does not improve your symptoms after 3 days, then a doctor should be consulted.

In the meantime, considering your immune system is a bit affected by the recent diarrhea, wash your hands often and avoid contact with people who have cold or stomach symptoms.
