How to improve a loss of libido due to an IUD?

Hello, I have had an IUD for 2 years now, good for 5 years, and I have had a huge loss of libido that has never returned and is quite disturbing. I have 3 years left with this IUD and I don't want to take it out... is there a solution to improve my libido? I think so Is there a solution or a trick?
