My daughter has had a cough and fever + rhinorrhea since Thursday. We have consulted and it all seems viral. However, yesterday she had a few small pimples that appeared near her mouth and this morning, it seems to become more crusty and yellowish.

Unfortunately, the picture is not very clear. Would it be possible to bring her in person to see the pharmacist? He will be able to better evaluate the situation, propose options and ensure a close follow-up with her.
