I am 64 years old and have been monopausal for 15 years. Double vaccinated, I recently spent 6 days with extreme fatigue and abdominal pain like when I was menstruating. I couldn't stay up for more than an hour before I had to go back to bed. I slept 1 to 2 hours each time. My nights were 10, 11 hours, but very restless. Although I am better, because I eat well, practice Qì Gōng and meditation, walk daily, I still can't get through my day without feeling great moments of fatigue interspersed with cold sweats. Personally, I don't feel like getting a third dose.
