My boy has a rash on his face?

Hello, my boy has a rash on his face. Last night when I picked him up from daycare he had the same rash and again today. But the babysitter didn't change anything... He tells me that it stings. I find this worrisome. What to do or what to put on to help? I have a picture if ever

Hello Madam, thank you for your question, but it is impossible to give an opinion without having first seen the lesions to which you refer, which is impossible here. I therefore recommend that you go to the pharmacy to show the lesions, either directly with your child or by bringing a photo.
