My stomach hurts a lot. It happened all of a sudden and since then, I'm on the toilet and I have a bowel movement! Can someone help me?

Unfortunately, it can be the gastro. It can appear a few days after the infection. There are no miracle drugs, however, dehydration should be prevented. Taking re-hydration solutions is the best solution (e.g. Gastrolyte). A hot water bottle/magic bag on the belly can help your cramps.

When you feel better, you can go back to quietly eating foods such as a banana, crackers, soup, oatmeal...

Take care (try) to clean the various surfaces you use well to avoid spreading, and wash your hands often. And as you probably know, you are contagious for up to 48 hours after symptoms end.
