I have a very sore throat when I swallow. I am breastfeeding and would like to know what to do before I start coughing. Thank you!

Hello Ma'am,
When breastfeeding, the best way to reduce sore throat and the risk of you starting to cough is to minimize the nasal secretions that run down your throat.
To do this, I recommend using Sinus Rinse™, a salt water product that when used twice a day for 4-7 days, will greatly reduce the risk of your symptoms progressing to a cough.
Count on about 2 days before your sore throat is less present after starting Sinus Rinse™. During this time, you can take Tylenol Extra Strength at 2 tablets per dose for a maximum of 4 doses per day.
It's a pleasure,
