Hello sir, if I understand correctly, your question is about tremors that you have been experiencing recently?
Could these have been (in part) caused by hypoglycemia?
If it happened only once, only monitor their occurrence, and try to elucidate a possible cause to avoid it, if any.
If it happens frequently, you will need to see a doctor for a thorough evaluation of your condition.
