She doesn't notice it but she did it 2 weeks ago and she had to hold her hand that was feeding her with her other hand as support

My doctor said that for me it might be stress. But I honestly don't think that's the only reason. And for my daughter, I highly doubt it's stress. I've already told my daughter to the doctor but without further research. I think I'll make an appointment for her soon and I'm seeing my doctor for a medical follow-up after a blood test next week. Do you have any suggestions?

Thanks for the feedback. In most cases, tremors are a symptom of another problem. In a minority of people, it is only considered an 'essential tremor' (with no detectable cause) but this is rare. A thorough medical evaluation is necessary to find or rule out causes.
