Can I take tramacet for back pain for a short period of time if I am breastfeeding?

No, I really don't recommend it.

Tramacet™ is metabolized at different rates by the body depending on each person. So sometimes mom metabolizes less of it than baby, and baby consumes relatively larger doses through milk, which can result in serious side effects.

Have you tried Voltaren™ gel?
