Hello, since November I have dry and painful red areas. They sting and sometimes bleed. I have tried to apply cortisone to them many times and nothing seems to work.

Thanks for the information, I'm sorry for the delay I did not see the notification! The basis of the treatment will be moisturizing the skin with a fragrance free moisturizer like Aveeno,Base Glaxal, Cerave or even with a more oily agent like Aquaphor or Vaseline, as often as needed during the day and especially after washing hands, before and after going out. I suggest using a fragrance-free soap like Dove and lightly patting the skin dry instead of rubbing and applying moisturizer quickly after. Protect your hands when going out even if it's a short trip. Wear gloves when handling detergents, or washing dishes for example.
