Hello, since 2 weeks I have the corner of my lip which cracked in two places. A first pharmacist advised me canesten without success... then polysporin.

If Canesten and Polysporin did not work, I suggest that you stop using them.
This often occurs in a person who licks the corner of the lips frequently, is this the case?
I suggest applying an oily moisturizer such as Aquaphor or Vaseline as often as necessary during the day and also before going out and before eating or drinking.
Avoid licking the corners of your lips at all costs, apply the chosen moisturizer instead.
Don't forget to protect yourself when you go out with a scarf or neck warmer, even for a short trip.
