Is Fragmin safe to use while breastfeeding?

I am on Fragmin since my delivery, and this, for 6 weeks (because of varicose veins which led to two phlebitis and a clot in the superficial vein). 1) Is this treatment compatible with breastfeeding? 2) Can I train without impact (elliptical)? What are the risks? I am an active person who ran a lot before my pregnancy and I continued to train during my pregnancy So elliptical 1 hour a day at 120 beats per minute is that adequate? Or too intensive? Thank you very much
