I have a cough and secretions that won't go away. What can I do about it?

in this time of covid19, I precise that I am not coming back from trip in the last 14 days, I am not in contact with anyone who went on trip. I am in voluntary isolation at home since the recommendation of Mr.Legault.I went to Rouatan in January. My secretions are green, I have no headache, no fever, no sore throat. Only a cough and secretions that won't go away, usually a cold goes away faster than that for me.

Hello Sir, First of all, thank you for these very specific details which help me a lot to guide you. You should know that in a situation like the one you describe, two things are mainly possible. The first is that some people have secretions that flow from the nose to the throat and as a result the cough and secretions last longer (they are sustained by the runny nose). If this is your case, I would invite you to use a product like Sinus Rinse™ twice a day for at least 5 days. If this is not your case, you will simply have to take plenty of water and favor fresh air and rest.
